Our short supply chain allows us to go straight to the source and we sell directly to you – there are no other wholesalers, distributors or retailers between us. What happens if I order the wrong size of jewelry?

 

No problem. Ice Gold Jewellery ofers a complementary resizing service. This means that you have full security when you make a purchase. If you choose the wrong size, you can simply ship the item back to Ice Gold Jewellery and we will resize the piece at no charge and ship it back to you.

 

What happens if my size changes days, months or years down the road after my purchase?

 

As long as you can prove that you purchased your item at Ice Gold Jewellery, we will resize your jewellery any time, at no cost to you. Once resized, your item will be shipped back to you.

 

How can I become an affiliate of Ice Gold Jewellery?

 

Anyone can apply to become an affiliate of Ice Gold Jewellery. Does Ice Gold Jewellery sell conflict “blood” diamonds?

 

No. Ice Gold Jewellery follows the guidelines set in place by the Kimberley Process and also performs diligent research on its manufacturers to ensure that it can track the path of all diamonds that come into its possession, from mining all the way through to final delivery. All of our diamonds come with their own certificate and a professional appraisal report. We make every efort to ensure that the diamonds we sell are free from conflict, which includes environmental harm, unfair labour practices, extreme poverty, violence and any other unethical circumstances.
