While traditionally the Miraculous Medal is oval, this is a beautiful re-imagination of it. It is created in sterling silver for high contrast visibility, and 18.5mm (.73 inches) in size. It's got a brushed finish, and images on both front and back, as in the traditional version. This pendant can be purchased with a chain in varying lengths and presented as a complete gift.
